  • Files based import and export using PSIintegration

    PSIintegration is an integral part of PSIasm platform and a proven integration tool used by many PSI customers around the world. It provides convenient means of delivering data to and from PSIasm, including file based methods. Our documentation provides precise descriptions of available data objects and attributes.
    File based import and export can be performed using CSV (comma separated values) JSON or XML files.
    Each file import results in a single row being written in transactional tables of the system, where the action metadata are stored for analysis and troubleshooting.

  • Integrate using REST

    PSIasm allows for integration with external systems using REST protocol. Precise logic of transforming provided data can be scripted using integrated tools. REST can be used for data from ERP (production plan, technologies, bills-of-material) as well as feedback from production.

  • Integrate with your own tools via a database

    It is possible to deliver and read data straight from transactional database. If you have your own integration tools of choice, it’s easy to construct a payload in the PSIasm format and insert it directly into transactional database. This can often be the simplest and fastest way of creating stable, automated interfaces to and from ERP system.

  • Automated import/export schedules

    Using PSIasm it is possible to define precise schedule of import and export actions. This ensures that planners always have up-to-date work load (Work Orders, Operations) and technologies (Bills of materials and Routings). Separate schedules can be set for integration with i.e. Warehouse Management System (WMS) to update available materials and supplies.

    Import and export actions can be also performed on-demand by the planner.

  • Autonomous scheduling

    It is possible to run any functions as a response to business events, such as a new import task. This can be used to automatically schedule new, incoming Work Orders and provide first estimate of precise dispatching dates.

  • Integrate with multiple systems

    PSIasm is not limited to a single integration with, for instance, ERP class system. Many different systems and applications can provide information relevant to your production schedule. Our customers have successfully integrated solutions such as:

    • RFID readers for a more accurate representation of currently available man power
    • CMMS systems, for a better insight into required maintenance activities, including scheduling these activities directly within PSIasm by the planner, while respecting both existing production schedule and required maintenance due dates.
    • PLM/PDM solutions which can be a source of additional characteristics and attributes for orders and operations. These can, in turn, be used during scheduling, setup calculation, autojoin algorithms and so on.
